Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 1-2 days and delivery confirmed by way of courier's way bill number. Handling time may vary from 1-2 days on average depending on the dispatch load. Customers will be contacted in the event of a stock issue or a delay in dispatch.
Orders will be confirmed and billed via the email address provided on the order form.
The provision of goods and services by TLC Delights is subject to availability.
TLC Delights shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users.
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard credit cards or by bank transfer into the TLC Delights bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
Credit/Debit card transactions will be acquired for TLC Delights via Yoco®

Invoice amount to be paid in full prior to shipping. Goods will only be shipped once full amount reflects in TLC Delights' account.
TLC Delights’ Online Store offers local shipping only, i.e. within the borders of the Republic of South Africa.
We will only deem a package lost if it has not arrived at the destination after 30 days. At this stage we will issue a full refund and make arrangements with the customer.
TLC Delights takes no responsibility for returned packages with incorrectly provided addresses. Should a package return - customer can opt for a refund less shipping fee, or to pay an additional shipping fee for a re-shipment. Additional fees may apply for items with special or oversized packaging.
All sales are final. No refunds. This is most applicable if incorrect print, or choice by the customer.
Delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays, and are subject to signature authorisation.
All orders are shipped boxed with relevant labels.
TLC Delights has no access to card details entered by the client.
TLC Delights takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction, including sale of goods and services sold on this website; customer service and support; dispute resolution; and delivery of goods.
TLC Delights cannot take responsibility for products damaged in transit due to extremes in temperature, nor will we replace said product before reviewing the delivery circumstances involved. If questions arise as to perishability, please contact us and we will do our best to provide guidance.
In the event that a product is received in unusable condition, for reasons other than extremes of temperature, a claim must be submitted within five (5) days after physical receipt of merchandise as determined by the Courier's tracking. In the event that a claim is submitted after the stated time period, we will not be able to issue credit nor refund product.
TLC Delights may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
